For every order over €80.00 you get FREE SHIPPING (within Attica), while for orders under €80.00 the charge is proportional to the shipping address. There is no transport charge for shipments that concern the wider area of Kifissia. The cash on delivery service is offered FREE of charge in both cases. The above applies to orders in Attica.

All our products are in store and will have undergone strict quality control before being shipped. Refunds are not accepted due to the special nature of the products. The only case of returning the product is upon delivery and in the presence of the distributor. Our company ships the orders the next working day or the same day if the order is placed before 12.00 noon by the same means.

During periods of sales, offers and increased order load, the processing, shipping and delivery time of orders may increase significantly, up to 1 (one) working day, always according to its distribution times.

Our company makes deliveries every day from Monday to Sunday and from 09:00 to 22:00 (For Attica).

You can pick up your order for FREE at our store, which you will choose during the completion of your order. As soon as it is received from the store, you will be informed by e-mail or phone and you will be able to collect it by showing your ID.

For in-store pickup, the order must have been paid for electronically (Credit/Debit Card, Pay Pal, Bank Deposit), and therefore cash on delivery is not applicable and payment at the store checkout is not offered.
